HOW TO INSERT GYNOCUP? 

While Inserting gynocup. You have to maintain the hygiene Wash your hand and gynocup properly . Sit on commode or where Your comfort and open your thigh because your vaginal muscle need to be relax. We have got a famous technique of (C).or you can sit in Squat Position. This gynocup made up of silicon so it is very flexible so you have to flex it and fold it opposite side. this is what called fold of C. Why we are doing this Basically? Because to decrease the bulk or the volume of the cup. So when we decrease this it is easier to insert in vagina. So this is the way to insert it. & you can Rotate it as per your Comfort. you only need to try this gynocup when you are on your Menstruation.

CONFIRMATION OF PROPERLY FITTED OR NOT ?

HOW TO CLEAN THE GYNOCUP?

We can clean the gynocup during the periods just with water and gynocup cleanser and after once the periods or date when it over you have to wash it bin a boil water. & Sterilize it at least once in 48 hours during your Menstruation.

PRECAUTIONS & DOUBTS ABOUT GYNOCUP?

1. You can Easily Do Pee & Potty while using this gynocup.

2. Don't use this gynocup during Sexual Activity.

3. Don't use this gynocup on Non Period Days.
